What time can I make dinner reservations?

I know that I can phone DVC member services at 9 A.M. for dinner reservations (tomorrow is my 180 day time) but I thought that I had read somewhere that I could phone Disney earlier than 9 and book them. Does anyone know if this is correct and what is the #. Is it 407 wdisney. Thanks!!!

I am also a DVC member, but you can call at 7 a.m. EST time or get on-line at 6 a.m. EST time and book everything that way. It is so much easier now that you can make your reservations on-line. I hope this helps.
