What time are you allowed to board?

We are thinking of taking the 3 night Wonder cruise. If the ship leaves at 5PM - What is the earliest time are you allowed to get on board the ship?

If memory serves me correct, I believe they allow you in the Terminal at 10:30am and boarding begins around noon.

They were the times for us a few weeks ago!!!

The official boarding time is 1:00 pm but generally boarding begins around 12:15 to 12:30, sometimes a little earlier.

you can board between 12:00 and 12:15 this seems to be the norm.

Thanks everyone. I booked our cruise last night. 3 night Wonder cruise 12/11-12/14. We are so excited.

Arrived around 11 and were boarded around noon. We were some of the first to board due to my using a wheelchair.

We'll be getting on as you are debarking! What stateroom will you be in? :)

BTW...I would definitly embark as soon as you can...there is so much fun to be had onboard before the Sailaway Party! Eating, Palo reservations (although if you've never dined in the three rotation dining rooms, this may be one to skip this time), kids activity signups (Flounders, Common Grounds, Oceaneer's, etc.), Spa, exploring the ship, swimming or hot tubbing, EATING at the embarkation lunch buffet, etc. You don't want to miss out on a single thing! :)

CRSNDSNY -

I booked a standard inside cabin off the Disneycruise.com website. I do not know what cabin it is because my confirmation just has GTY in the stateroom # section. Is there a way I could find out my stateroom beforehand? Maybe a number I could call.

Thanks,
Sue

The "GTY" means you've booked a guaranteed stateroom category. You won't get a room assignment until closer to your sailing date. Lines often overbook popular categories to allow for cancellations. There's a slight chance you'll get a complimentary upgrade. However, there's just as much chance that someone with an assigned room in your category will be upgraded and you'll get that room.

Since you booked directly with DCL, you can check your reservation online from time to time and see if you've been assigned a room. Go to this link and click the "Check Your Reservation" link on the righthand side of the page.

Once you have been assigned a room number, it will be listed here. You can then check it against the ship's deck plan and see where your room is located.
