What time are meal seatings?

Getting ready to make dinner reservations for our January trip. Does anyone know what time brackets each meal seatings run? For example, is breakfast in 15 min increments from 7:00am until 11:00am? Dinner 4:00pm until 9:00pm? Anybody know?

1) Based upon the eatery, ADR's could be 5-minutes apart.
2) Some dinner menus start at 4:00pm, but most start at 5:00pm.
