What time are discounts made available online?

Since we are gearing up for the public discount to come out possibly on Monday, does anyone know what time the discounts are available to book online?

I know you can call in at 7am, but I won't be able to call until well after 2pm (traveling for work) and I am a bit worried about rooms being sold out since we travel during such a busy time. It would be awesome if I could book this online really early before I have to leave out of the house.

I have been awake at midnight (east coast time), waiting to book, and they appeared right after midnight and I was able to book right away. Another time they did not, I had to wait until later in the morning. You never know with their unreliable website.

Do you need a code to book them online? I know there is limited availability, so does it just show up if it is available or is there something special you need to do to get the discount? It would be much easier for me to book online then to call.

No special code needed, just go to their special-offers page (see below) and find the appropriate offer for your time frame. You will get a list of resorts and then you select a resort to find what is available. I find it very easy to book online. I used to book way in advance, then call and get the discount applied, but found it worked out just as well, and was quicker just to book online.

I assume you are looking for "general public" offers, because otherwise if you are an Annual Passholder you would have to be signed-in to MDE as a passholder to see those offers.

Ah, that makes it easy to understand. Thank you for the information. We are actually AP holders and DVC members, but I am trying to book a room for my mother so she can come down while we are there. I would love to get her a general public discount.
