What theme do you use to read Disboards

If you don't already know, if you scroll to the bottom of the page, on the left hand side, is a "mode" selector:


So, which one do you use? As you can tell from the snip, I like "Dark Mode". I just wonder how many others A) even know they had a choice and B) take advantage of the options available?

Default, I guess. I don't like white writing on dark backgrounds.

I just checked out the others and prefer default. I didn't see any difference between default and wide.

Wow… who knew ?!? Obviously you did but I had no clue! Thanks for mentioning that feature…

Used to use dark but time ago there was an issue with dark and mobile so I switched back to default.

There are a lot of people who advocate dark mode on various apps, and as much as I try to like it I just can't. I guess I'm just a creature of habit.

I have always used default, I didn't even know there were themes.

I use dark mode for FB and have changed to that setting for my phone although not every app uses that format and sometimes I have to turn off the dark mode for websites that won't work (as in the text is not visible) with it turned on.

For the DIS though I use Medium mode. A couple years ago I played around with the different settings and picked one I liked the best,dark mode I didn't like for this site.

Had no idea we had options for the display. I tried looking at the 'medium' setting and it just gives the background a light grey color that makes it hard to read. I never access this site on my phone, so perhaps those options make more sense when doing that. I like the default display best. I find that websites with white backgrounds and dark fonts are easiest to read.

I have sensitivities to light so dark mode is very easy on my eyes.
