What the heck is going on with the DVCmember website???

For the last week or so I can't get on.

I use mcafee and have allowed to accept the dvcmember cookie and lowered my IE security as low as I can go, but to no avail.

Also have talked to Disney and they don't have a clue.

Anyone else with this problem ???

I was able to get in using IE7 and FireFox. Don't know what the problem could be. So you cleared your cookies and accepted a new one?

If you are continuing to have the problem, you should probably call Disney and have them reauthorize your user name and password. It may not be the problem but about a year ago this happened to me and it turned out that their computer system had decided to no longer recognize me. They had no explanation for why it happened, it just did.

Strange... I am using IE7. I just got done talking to MS and he says they are having trouble with that version and are in the process of debugging.

Matter of fact he suggested firefox but couldn't get thru. He said it is because the system is getting over loaded.

I have had problems at work. I looks like it is loading and never finishes. But I scroll down the page a bit and it is all there. I could do everything except bank my points. I had to scroll down each time the page refreshed

I'm using that version and constantly have troubles with pages not loading on the DVC site and often the same thing on the DIS. Just now I could not access my dues statement for AKV.

If I enter my entire email address, then it asks me for the pin code. If I just enter my "ID" (everything before the @yahoo.com), then it works just fine.

I couldn't get to the news page yesterday, even though it told me I have all the correct versions of Flash and Quicktime. I've never found the website to be functional when I really need the info.

Ditto. I have found the website to be completely useless. Too bad, really. It could be great.... if it ever worked. I rarely go there anymore.

I have two accounts, One takes the full email address, one takes my user name. Have you tried this? I don't know why the difference.

I had the same problem. Seems if you sign onto any other website like for example ABC family and register then they are having a virus attack the DVC website and your info goes away and you cannot get into member site. you have to call and get the tech people to reset everything. Took me 2 weeks to get someone who knew what was going on. Major problem for them right now but at least figured out what was happening.

I cannot get in either. I put in the user name and password and it starts to load the page and then in the lower left corner it says error. I use MS IE 7 and I created a new user on the computer and it let me enter through this one. All the settings for the users are the same but one works and one doesn't. I have the same problem on the DCL website, it won't let me book things with one sign on but change users and it does.

For a company that creates fantastic parks and movies their Website unit stinks and always has. You can never find what you are looking for on any of the websites and When I go to DVC member website it is always out of date, if they have given some people the fall magazine then it should be on line already but you won't see it for months

I am having a different problem...I try to log on and it says that they cannot verify my membership information and to call member services. Is this a problem I should be worried about or just another MS website bug? Do I need to call MS??? I have a vacation at OKW coming up in October and wanted to add my ME tonight...didn't work...any suggestions?
