what the heck does ROFR meam?

we havent bought yet ....but i cant figure out what ROFR is?

is it like a credit check or something?
waiting for your mortgage to process?
waiting for DVC to accept application?

All i read is that this person and that person is "waiting for ROFR"

Right of first refusal. Disney has first crack at all resales, so you wait for them to decide if your purchase offer is under the magic number or circumstances. Pass ROFR and you're in.
