What stroller would you do w/ 5 & 2 yr old

newer volos have a huge sunshade which my 5 year olds head comes no where near touching. yes, volo seat is actually bigger than other macs and the 2007 models also come with rain cover.

volos are so incredibly light we carried two toddlers (2 and 4 at time) and 2 volos on and off buses for a week and not once did my 2 teens or stroller-grumpy DH complain. not once!

go with the volos. I will never go back. I have even sold my graco duo and my sit and stand. I'm just getting too old to push that much weight around!

no need to tell you how superior the steering is with Macs. jm2cents

I LOVE my Quest and I think i'd just get another one if I were you. Good resale value too!

Oh the decisions!!! Something to obsess about for the next 3 months!!

I have a Quest and Techno and am selling the Techno because it's 'too heavy' and bulky for Disney (per DH). So the Pliko is out. If my kids were younger and used a stroller at home I would consider it since I know so many people who LOVE it.

I still don;t believe my DS5 will fit in the Volo. I went today to look at them and put my DS2 in it and he had about 5 inches above his head. So how in the world are people putting their 6 and 7 yr old in these...unless they have really short kiddos :goodvibes . There is a significant difference in the height of the Volo and Triumph/Quest. Can anyone tell me if the Volo shade is height adjustable? :confused3

I'll take him to the store this weekend and stick him in it and see finally.

DH thinks we don't need it. I got all the pics we had at night w/ the kids sleeping in the strollers and reminded him how tiring it was. Then explained we're just wasting $100 renting at the parks. He was sold. now I just need to decide!

I have a dbl jogging stroller, collapsable, that I am planning on taking... can't imagine renting one and I know my DD6 will use it. Can anyone comment on the accessibility of taking stollers on/off boat/train etc??? It is also quite wide but I noticed from a few picks that the WDW dbl is wide too.:sad2:

That's just how I feel about my P3! :rotfl: Another nice feature is the shade canopy pulls wayyyy down so if they are sleeping, it really shuts out a lot of the commotion.

It folds up umbrella-like. Here is a photo of it folded up on the Disney transportation bus:

I don't have a photo of DS riding on the foot board thingy. :confused3
I've said it before and I'll say it again- those are 2 of the cutest kids ever!!

Do you know when they changed the sunshades? Mine is a 2005... I think? The first year that it came with the shade instead of buying it separately. I was actually thinking about leaving the shade at home since it makes it a little bulkier, and I want to have it more for the seat than the shade. Am I underestimating the Fla sun?
