I know they're sent out at random...but I would call Disney and make sure you're not on the "do not call, do not mail/email" list. I never had them put that on my account, but it was there. It's still there. I had been callling eveymornig to have it removed. (because it would automatically add itself back to my account when the system updated) Somehow I got the email before the system caught it and put it back on my account. It's worth checking. I would never have know it was on there if a CM hadn't brought it to my attention when I called to see if I had any discounts associated with my household.
