Okay so i this is a song thread. if you ever listen to a song and for some reason get a really vivid description or something post here. weather it has nothing or everything to do with that song and you think of it anyway,

Image One- Back from beach all day, it is around 5pm, you tired, happy, sunburnt, and sandy. there is an orange glow coming from the west through the window. the loud noisy fan is on but the a/c is off and the windows are open with a nice clean breeze and the sound of crikets. you take a cold shower and feel much better. than around 5:30 your all dry and in ur pjs downstairs watching tv eating stir fry. - dont ask why i always think of thiss.

I had to laugh when I saw "Summertime" because I always get a really strong image for that song, too!

Mine: It's always in Boston in July. It's around 3:30/4:00 and you're driving past Fenway Park. There's lines of people waiting to get in, even though the game won't start until 7:05. You're stopped in traffic in a conververtible with the top down waiting to pull into the parking lot. You finally get a spot and work your way inside, chatting with your friends, smiling the whole way. You find your seats, but sneak down to the field level ones hoping to catch some autographs and when 7:05 rolls around and the lights start to come on over the outfield it's magic. Everything seems to glitter as the sun goes down. And when you head home that night, there's a bottle of IBC rolling around at your feet and the wind's in your hair as you drive over the bridge and out of Boston.

This song reminds me of dusk on the beach. I don't have any idea why, it just does.

"Like A Movie" by Midtown reminds me of Pac-Man World 2. I think the reason that I make the association is because I was playing Pac-Man the first time I heard the song XD

"I've Got 10 Friends And A Crow Bar You Won't Do Jack" by Underoath reminds me of Cooking Mama. I really don't get it XD

Any RENT song reminds me of Meg, especially I'll Cover You. xD

There's a lot more, but that's all I can think of now.

Bob That Head reminds me of August 2008. It reminds me when I was at the Rascal Flatts concert and I saw tons of balloons fall down from a huge net. I remember catching this red balloon with "Rascal Flatts Bob That Head Tour 2008" on it.

Tim McGraw reminds me when Taylor made us put our cell phones up in the air.

Seasons Of Love-RENT The first time I heard Seasons Of Love was in a talent show in 2007. It reminds me of my first year of middle school

On My Own-Les Miserables reminds me of Shelly. She told me about it and how it reminded me of one of my ex-crushes.

Womanizer-Britney Spears was the first song I actually..attempted to dance to at camp

Shake It-Metro Station reminds me of my school friends. We were all in the car and that song came on.Then we all started singing. Half an hour later it was on again and my friend was like "OMG!!!!! Let's sing again!"

Tell Me Why-Taylor Swift reminds me of another one of my ex-crushes. He was the abusive type, and I'm so glad I don't have any classes with him anymore.

Love Story by Taylor Swift - I go right back to when me and my BFF Jackie got out of the movies and turned on the car, and this song was on the radio. We were both really hyper and we started dancing and singing along.

(You're The) Devil in Disguise by Elvis Presley - Takes me right back to the last day of my vacation to WDW with my 2 best friends. We were wired and we started dancing to this song in their bedroom.

Old Blue Chair by Kenny Chesney - Takes me back to his concert last year. It was the first time I've ever seen him perform that song live, and it brought me to tears.

Kiss Me, I'm S***faced by Dropkick Murphys - We always listen to this song when I drive down to the shore with my friends over the summer.

Wildwood Days by Bobby Rydell - Takes me right back to Wildwood NJ and all the amazing memories I've made there with my friends.

Don't Stop Believin' by Journey - Takes me back to senior dinner cruise when it was played and my entire class went out of the dance floor and started singing this song. Also, it was played a lot during my gym classes, so it takes me back to playing ping pong.

My Wish by Rascal Flatts - Takes me back to the end of my senior year of high school and how much we cried when we heard this song.

Best Days by Graham Colton - Takes me back to the evening of graduation and walking from my car to my school and feeling so nostalgic and sad and happy. And also right after graduation before project grad. I listened to that song on repeat and sobbed.

Well one of the reasons why I am so in love with Hawaii is because of Brudda IZ. He has an absolutly AMAZING voice and in general has always touched me with his music. Each one of his songs always have a certain way of taking me into an imaginary place of beautiful waterfalls, palm trees, lush forests and picturesque beaches. Tell me that this doesnt do the same to you...

ocean avenue..by yellowcard. See i live in Jackonville, FL. But over the bridge at the beaches. i live in atlantic beach, then right next is neptune beach an there is a street there called ocean avenue. then of course jax beach (most famous of beaches within the three, but nothing to do with this song). Anyway yellowcard originated from neptune beach and the song is based of the street. [but it reminds of just about what i do everyweekend. since it is such a small town(s) (they kinda all mush together) we just hang out late at night with friends, concerts at freebird, run around of the beach, and ride bikes on 1st street!] -hihey
