That's definitely not it. I'm pretty sure this is an older song from the 70's. I think it must have been popular at one point because the local soft rock station plays it.

YES!!! Thank you so much! Funny that it was only popular in Canada - I didn't know that. I wonder if I'm remembering it wrong (talk to me instead of touch me) or if the radio is playing a family-friendly version of it? I just downloaded it and it's definitely "touch me". Great song - now that I have it downloaded I'll probably have it in my head for weeks to come!
