What size....

Can anyone suggest what size I should make my DISign for adult tee shirts, a newborn onesie, and a 3-4T.....Thanks y'all!

I'd suggest 8 1/2 x 11 for adult.
5x7 for 3-4T
4x6 for infant.

Others may have other ideas. This is what I've used in the past.
