What size Lobster Tails?

I have a gift certificate to Lobster Gram I need to use. What size tails are best? I don't know if the flavor is better when they're smaller or if it even matters.

I have a choice between:

4 - 5 oz
6 -7 oz
8 - 10 oz
10 - 12 oz
