Hi, I am getting ready to make a bunch of shirts for my boys. One will be in an XS (2-4) and the other a small (6-8). What size should I print out the transfers? Most of them are rectangular boxes with a border. And as long as I'm asking, what about for adults? Maybe this is a dumb question, and you can feel free to tell me that too! :goodvibes

I have a DS that just turned 2 this week so am familiar with this size. I usually print his at a 4 x 6 photo size. The older one I would print at a 5 x 7. Ours I usually either print at a 8 x 10 or a fit to page.

The first thing I would do is print a black and white test print. Print as a draft in black and white, then cut it out and lay it on the shirt. If you don't feel that its big enough retest BEFORE you print the first one in color and use your ink and transfers.

Hope this helps.
