What Size Crocs To Get??

the taylorshoes.com website says crocs run large-i've already lost 1 shoe size b/c of my weight loss, and the New Balance shoes i've been wearing since february are starting to get a little roomy, so can anyone tell me how large the crocs run? if my NB are an 8 1/2, what size should i get? HELP! lol

It depends?

I know that doesn't help you but each shoes seems to be different. My mom has purchased 2 sized Mediums and says one is definitely bigger than the other (she wears an 8W in New Balance).

I wear a 7.5D in my New Balance running shoes and I can wear a Small or Medium in the crocs. I definitely have a LOT more room in the Mediums but they will stay on. It may depend on the fit you want. I don't wear socks - my mom does.

If you are ordering over the internet, can you find some in a local store and try them on? The color won't matter but the sizing will help. I have never found the style that goes by size number in stock anywhere, but the S, M, L size style is readily available here.

thanks for responding! i've never ordered these shoes before (or any shoes online for that matter, lol) and what a headache! i think i'll just go to payless and get their $13.00 version.

I wear a size 9 sometimes 9 1/2 depending on the sneaker. I bought the Beach style size M. They fit me great.

A word of caution on these.....do not leave in the sun for an extended period of time. They will shrink and shrivel up next to nothing. Thats the experience we had!!

Oh my! Really? We wear ours to the pool so they sit out in the sun each day - average about 4-6 hours. How long were yours outside? I guess it wouldn't be a good idea to keep a pair just outside of the backdoor.

I wear a 9W.... and the Beach size M just fits me. The L was swimming.

These are by far the most comfortable walking shoes I have ever worn. They did wonders for my energy level at WDW.... yes, my friends make fun of my PINK shoes.. but I love them!

I wear a 7 1/2 in a sandal or an 8 in a closed toe shoe - except for New Balance where I wear an 8 1/2.

I bought the 8 in the Cayman style, and it fits perfectly. Probably has a little extra room. So I would think that an 8 would be right for you.

I never could get the Beach to fit right. The small was too short and the medium just fell off my foot it was so big.
