What size coffeemaker filters?

We'll be at SSR (2BR) and BWV (studio) in September. We prefer to take our own coffee, but how about filters? Are they provided? If not, what size filters should I bring? Thanks!

We just returned from BCV in May and also brought our own coffee. I didn't know that filters were not provided (the coffee that was in our 2br was a coffee/filter pack) so we had to go to a store offsite to get them (not a big deal though). You need to bring basket filters -- I think our machine was a 10 cup machine. Have fun on your trip.

The "default" coffeemakers are those small 4 cup ones in the studios and the 10 cup size in the 1 and 2BRs (but they appear to be moving to all units having the 10 cup, basket style).

If you get a smaller pot in the studio, just call housekeeping and they will trade you up to the bigger pot.

Am I right in assuming that by "basket" style you mean the flat-bottomed Mr. Coffee filters, as opposed to the cone-shaped Melita filters?

Yes, Mr. Coffee style -- not cone shaped.
