what signature restaurant would you recommend

On the dining plan, I prefer Flying Fish, second would be Jiko, third would probably be Citricos. Disclaimer: the sushi at CG is good and I would pick CG above these 3 only if you want sushi.

Not on the dining plan, V&A, bluezoo and Bistro de Paris would be placed even higher than Flying Fish.

We loved Artist Point. Other than Brown Derby (which is good but I don't consider in the same class) it is the only signature we have eaten at.

They are all pretty good but my top 3 of the Disney operated spots would be Flying Fish, Citricos and Jiko. With California Grill not far behind.
And V&A at the very top, of course, if $$$ permits.

Hi! My family loves the Yachtsman steakhouse.:thumbsup2 The food is really delicious and there is such a wonderful atmosphere there. The CG is also a wonderful experience.:goodvibes

I'm fond of California Grill, Flying Fish and Artist's Point.

California Grill - open kitchen and lots of kids makes this a noisy, busy place. But the food we've had is excellent. Great view of the Magic Kingdom, but lots of people want to go here to watch fireworks, and sometimes the other guests make dinner unappealling (we go early and miss the fireworks crowds).

Artist's Point - quieter restaurant with an emphasis on game type food (buffalo, salmon), but fancy game type food.

Flying Fish - good fish dishes, smaller than California Grill, and fewer kids, but more busy than Artist's Point. I love the decor here. Food, I think, has gone downhill with a chef change, but its still good.
