We bought a mylar Mickey balloon and tied it to the stroller. It made it so easy to pick out your stroller from a distance, especially after the CMS move it. It also gives the kids something to play with, but you have to be careful that you don't bonk others in the head with your balloon.
I've been bonked by passing balloons.
Depending on how the wind is blowing, I've seen the stroller pushers bonked by their own balloons too. Instead of keeping the string long, I've seen people who made the string quite short so that ballon stays below chest height. That seems to work (although there may be some drawbacks to that which are not visible just walking by).
Since when can you not secure your stroller with a bicycle lock. I have done this, and have seen many people do this. Is this a new rule set in place now? As, I was bringing locks for my mcclaren, and graco strollers. I invested to much on my childrens strollers, for some thieves to take it. But, if push comes to shove. A poster had a wonderful idea about threading the locks between the tires. If this rule is in place. I will do this.

I've seen posts here and there since I started on this board in 1999 that people were stopped from locking their strollers to anything. In the past WDW CMs have posted that it is a rule because of fire/evacuation. They may not care if you are locking the stroller to the fence inside the stroller corrale area (where it would not be in the way if they have to evacuate a ride). But, you can't lock it to anything that might be used as a path/traffic area.
One of the ways you can lock your stroller and still not be a problem is to lock the stroller in a way that disables it. If it can't be used and it can't be folded (to get out of the park on the parking lot trams or buses), it's not very likely to get stollen.
