Wonders of Life is closed, so you definitely won't be spending much time there.
I love Universe of Energy; it's a must-see for us. I really like Ellen Degeneras, and enjoy the humor she adds to this ride. If any of your "babies" are boys, they'll probably really enjoy seeing the dinosaurs.
Soarin' is a must see. In fact, head there first thing and get your FastPasses. The FastPasses run out early for this ride.
I've always enjoyed Living with the Land. But to be honest, because Soarin' has drawn so many people into the Land pavilion, I didn't want to wait in the line for it on this past trip. It's enjoyable, but not 60-minute-wait enjoyable. (And of course, my FastPass was used for Soarin'.)
In the Living Seas Pavilion, Turtle Talk with Crush is a must-see. Your little ones will absolutely love it. They get to sit in a special section down front and ask Crush questions. You'll get a real kick out of it too. Because of the construction, there's not much else to see in this building right now.
We always do Journey Into Your Imagination, but to be honest, this is more because we loved the old ride than because the current one is anything very special.
Honey, I Shrunk the Audience is a neat 4-D film, even though it's starting to get a little old. Be warned though, your smaller ones may be frightened. There are a few scary scenes, such as when the snake comes at you.
Mission:Space and TestTrack won't be for your younger kids, but you may want to consider doing a kid-swap so you can see it.
To be honest, Innovations hasn't impressed me for a long time. I usually walk in there to see if it's improved at all, but don't spend more than a few minutes. If you have a Disney Visa card, you'll want to do the card member exclusive photo opportunity in Innovations West, but other than that, it's skipable.
One thing that's really neat is Club Cool. This is to the right of the fountain when you come in. It offers free samples of Coca Cola products from around the world. The kids will think it's fun to try some of the weird flavors.
