What Should I Pack? Mexican Riviera Cruise

I'm in the process of making my packing list for our cruise. We leave next Tue. I think we'll probably need pants in San Diego. I'm just not sure what to pack for the cruise. How far do you think we'll need to be into Mexico, before we can start wearing shorts? FYI, we're fairly cold natured & live in Florida, so were used to warm weather. TIA
