I am not a big eater, and a little picky.

I like spaghetti and meatballs, but mainly am a meat and potatoes guy. Is the spaghetti any good or should I just stick with the steak? Thanks

I would try:

The NY Strip Steak, or the Spaghetti. Both good in my opinion! My family loves Tony's!! :thumbsup2

Check out the menu and see what sounds good to you. That's what we do before we choose a restaurant.

I had the steak the other night and thought it was fine. It's not Peter Luger or something, but it's at least as good as an Outback type place.

We ate at Tony's a few years ago and were very disappointed both in the food and decor, nothing special. I would compare it to a Spaghetti Factory at Disney prices. We went for the Lady and Tramp connection but sure didn't find it. Although DD12 seems to have forgotten and has chosen it as her pick for this year. We are trying very hard to dissuade...

We eat there every time we go, DW and DD are big Lady and the Tramp fans. Last trip was a week ago for my and my daughter's b-day (August 20). We do lunch there and enjoy it, I find this to be a great lunch place to eat. DD does the spagetti and meatballs and it was very good. The panini of the day was italian which I got and it was great, perfect for a meat lover as it was just a big stack of meats on a roll, home made chips were really well made. DW had the bianca flatbread which was also quite tasty.

Tony's is our first night tradition. We are going there the end of September. DH loves the spaghetti. I used to love their salmon, but it isn't on the menu anymore. Not sure what I will try this time.

Dh had the spaghetti and meatballs and said it was good, like Olive Garden.

I had the shrimp scampi and it was excellent!

The veggie lasagne was wonderful too

Don't get the lasagna it blows:mad: I got it last time and was very disapointed, lucky for me our son was 3 and didn't eat too much of his spaghetti and meatballs so they went to a good home:rotfl:. Wife had sometype of pasta I think it was baked Ziti and said it was good, but she also liked the spaghetti and meatballs. (The childrens portion was very big and could be split between 2 kids or a parent could help out if needed.)

Our best meal of the trip was at Tony's. We had the Bianca Flatbread which was excellent. Chix Florentine Calzone which was fantastic and huge. Shrimp Scampi which was the number 1 hit of the meal. Chix parm was good and a large portion and the baked ziti. The meal was wonderful and they will give you bread if you ask. That was our first time in our 10 past trips and will definatley make it a regular stop.

I'm glad to hear some good reviews of Tony's...I was begining to wonder about picking it and had started looking for another choice. I think we are going to keep it on the list now!!

Is it a character b/c they list it under character dining? Don't think so but just checking. Also, if you have a late afternoon seating, can you see the afternoon parade from the restaurant.
Thanks!:woohoo:

Tony's is not a character dining location. And the last time we were there the parade went right in front of Tony's so you could always ask for a table on the deck to see it close up!

My best meal there....was a tuna fish sandwich.

I was pregnant and Italian food and my baby hated each other. The rest of my group wanted to eat there, so we booked it and the Chef was helpful to find me non-Italian food.

Any chance you can book elsewhere? Liberty Tree Tavern may be more of your cup of tea (don't recall their menu but it would be much closer to meat and potatoes!) It is character dining though so I don't know if that is an issue.

No characters at Tony's.
