I just called WDW to find out if I could upgrade from a Moderate (CSR) to a Deluxe. They said that YC was available. Should I do it?? I don't know anything about that resort. Is this resort more convenient tham CSR.
What to do?
What to do?
Help!!!!
BTW DH, DD,and DS are alos going.

Hi there..

First of all what is the price difference?

If it is not hurting you financially then go for it... the YC is a great location with the best pool on Disney property.

You are walking distance to EPCOT and MGM and the Boardwalk... also walking distance to the Swan/Dolphin - so there are lots of restaurants around.

Let us know what you decide,

Check out http://www.wdwig.com They have several interesting facts, photos, menus, etc.....It will be helpful.

As someone else said, if money isn't an issue, then go for it. You will not be disappointed.

I have read all the information on the sites that people have forwarded to me. It seems that this resort may not be the best for my DD (6) and DS (3). They enjoy more of the quick meals (in other words they can't sit still for a nice quiet sit down dinner).
The rooms and the property look great, but I think for the sake of my sanity, we'll stay at CSR this time around.

I'm sure you will have fun wherever you go. Don't let JUST the dining options at the YC be your main concern for making your decision though. The pool (Stormalong Bay) has Hurricane Hannah's which offers fast food and kidding meals in a sand pail (cute). Beaches 'n Cream is also at the BC right next to the YC. Great burgers, hot dogs, sandwiches and lots and lots of ice cream. There is also Cape May buffet character breakfast and at night a buffet dinner. The Boardwalk is a short walk and has a pizza window. There are food courts a short boat ride away at the Swan and Dolphin resorts. These aren't options you'd see on a YC info site so I thought I'd mention them. Have a great trip!
