What should I do? :)

We are going down to WDW in August for a vacation, but we will also be getting our engagment pictures done! I was wanting to do my hair trial before our engagment shoot, but the only thing that is holding me up is that Lisa would not be availabe then. She said her assistant (who she kept insisting is the BEST) would be the one to do it....Im tempted to go ahead and do it then, but Im really not sure! Would would you do? Go ahead and do it that day with the assistant, or wait until a day where Lisa can do it?

You need to go with who makes you comfortable! I know that that isn't alot of help. If you have another day that would work for your photographer and Lisa, try that. I would always recommend doing whoever is going to do your hair and makeup for the wedding have them do your engagement shoot so that you know what the end product is and how you relate to that person.

Thanks Jonette ---I really think I would rather go with Lisa...the day could definitely be changed, I was wanting to get her on the day of our engagment shoot...only because my hair goes nuts in the August humidity, and I was hoping she could do something for that or suggest something!

Kim10110 - We will be there from the 9-14th and I was trying to get her on the 10th!

Lisa's assistant helped out doing my party of 7. She did the hair & makeup of my bridesmaids, and she was brilliant. You would never have known who did what.
She applied the makeup beautifully and their hair was fantastic.

Oh Janine, thanks so much for posting that! I actually went ahead and booked her assistant for the 10th and if everything works out, I will just try and request her for the wedding day!
