I just extended our 12 day trip to 13 and now...I'm not exactly sure how I want to spend my extra day. So you're thinking WHY did you extend it then? Well, I found a better return flight, and also because Disney. So I'm looking for suggestions, either for a park/activity/tour, or a nice meal, or all of the above! I can immediately rule out the water parks and Sea World as things we're not interested in ATM. Here's what we're doing:

Day 1 - AKL: check-in, Wanyama Safari, dinner at Jiko
Day 2 - HS: lunch at Sci Fi, dinner at 50's
Day 3 - EPCOT: dinner at Coral Reef
Day 4 - AK: dinner at Rainforest
Day 5 - Day of rest: carriage ride at POR, dinner at T-Rex in DS
Day 6 - MK: lunch at Plaza, dinner at BOG
Day 7 - Universal
Day 8 - AK: Wild Africa Trek, & dinner at Narcoossee's
Day 9 - Day of rest: dinner at the Boathouse in DS, La Nouba show
Day 10 - Universal
Day 11 - MK: lunch at Liberty Tree, dinner at CRT, MNSSHP
Day 12 - ??????
Day 13 - AKL: check out. More MK prob.

Any personal recommendations DIS-er's??? Thanks in advance!

Maybe more time at Epcot since you only have one day planned there? There's so much to do there, even if it's just relaxing and enjoying the scenery! :flower1: Sounds like you have a great trip planned!

You guys couldn't know this but I was leaning toward another EPCOT day! We never seem to spend enough time exploring the countries, we usually just rush through. My husband just mentioned wanting to do the Seas Aqua Tour again too. I think all signs point to EPCOT! Hmmmm...now what ADR's to try and get? Soooooo many choices! Dining recommendations? Looking into Teppan Edo...

Yes, yes, yes to Epcot. Your Epcot ratio is way too low right now. My favorite World Showcase spots are Tokyo Dining, Tutto Italia, Rose and Crown, and San Angel. I would even consider spending your morning doing something different, mini-golf comes to mind, and then head to Epcot for the afternoon into evening. Lucky duck, an extra day!

OK, EPCOT is definitely the winner...you're right Maine Mama our ratio was far too low! DH specially requested Le Cellier for dinner and despite the reviews I guess we'll try it. Thanks for the nudge everyone!

We love LC! It is a new favorite for us.

Agree with Epcot!

It is our favorite park and we hadn't been to LeCellier in years but enjoyed it in April this year, Teppan Edo is also a favorite of ours as well as Spice Road table.
