What should I do now??

I cashed out with milesource on May 15th through giftcertificates.ca and ordered a Home Depot gc. A week later, I emailed gc.ca to see if they received my order. They said they hadn't and suggested I contact milesource. I emailed milesource and they wrote back quickly and apologized for the inconvenience and said they resubmitted my order to gc.ca. A couple days later, I again emailed gc.ca and they said they still hadn't received any order from me. What should I do now?? Thanks!

TRY, TRY AGAIN! Keep emailing Milesource until you get results! And keep ALL of your correspondence from them, just in case! They FINALLY added giftcertificates.ca to there reward lineup, surely they will want to make sure it's working properly.

My Dh cashed out for 2 $25 Home Depot gc's back at the end of March and he is still going through this. Milesource says they have resubmitted Giftcertificates.ca says no. He just keeps writing hoping that somebody will straighten it out.
