We go the first week in November 3 weeks after our son is 3. Our son is very small for his age (still in 12-18 months trousers).

There is no question of us seeking to defraud Disney (for that is what is). As the saying goes "brown stuff happens" just as its tough luck if you take out a loan before the interest rate falls, buy things just before they go on sale, etc etc .

I agree with an early reply that the poster has made their decision and is seeking reassurance.

The huge response against this viewpoint is not self righteous or as the poster terms "preaching". As I see it its simply a case of being decent and honest.

its all abit hollywood isnt it? disney suing me that would look good in the press:rotfl: .the worst case is they would ask me to return with proof of my childs age and then i would buy a ticket.i doubt we will all be handcuffed and sent to the hole for our heinous crime:worried:

I wouldn't bet on it but you can if you want. Yes, it would great in the press - thief prosecuted for attempted fraud. Do you have a job that a criminal record would affect? I'm not really sure why I am bothering to respond to your thread again because I think UKDEB has already hit the spot but as I have some lawyer friends in the US I guess I still felt you needed warning of potential consequences.

urbanlegend11 - You have decided you are going to lie and not buy a ticket, all this thread is about you wanting people to tell you it is OK to cheat!

... and then would be concerned when they lie in later life :confused3
As most have posted here setting the right example is what most parents believe is right. If you think differently, then there wasn't much point in this thread. Why ask the question, unless as has been suggested you wanted validation for cheating

I think this thread has reached the end of it's usefulness.

There is a clear majority of opinion here and I don't think that there is anything useful that can be added anymore.

To which end I am now closing it :)
