What shore Excursion do you recommend for Cozumel ???

We are trying to figure out which shore excursion to do while in Cozumel this February. Has anyone done the Submarine or Glass Bottom Boat tours ???

Mom and Pops did the Submarine last June. They say it was OK, and saw a lot of colorful fish. Since Pops hurt his knee just before cruise time (and spent most of the cruise in a wheelchair), that's about all he wanted to do excursion wise in Cozumel. DCL cabbed them to the sub dock and back to the ship afterward. I know it was not the highlight of their cruise. Others may have more glowing reports, but they are very active seniors and seemed a little dissapointed.

Personally, I think it is too expensive - and if you can snorkel on your own, there are other options to "see life."

if you are debating on booking only one excursion - choose cayman over cozumel. cozumel does not require a tender..you can leave the ship as the 'all clear' is called - without waiting for a tender.
