What shall we eat at Bistro de Paris?

We have a dinner reservation in early September. (We had to cancel our ADR there on our last trip.) This will be our first time dining there. What are some of the better choices? TIA

We really like the Smoked Salmon and Sautéed Jumbo Shrimp for apps. Entrees the Lobster Risotto and Sea Bass are both very good and for Desert i always have to get the Vanilla Créme Brulée it is a sampler of it 3 or 4 different ways.

I got the rack of lamb and it was delicious! I wasn't as crazy about my appetizer - it was shrimp with crab (I think) croquettes. I wished I had pre-ordered the souffle but by the time we were ordering dessert it was after 10 and souffle would take another 20 minutes.

Do NOT get the cheese sampler for an app. Very disappointed in it. They all seemed the same and you don't get any accompaniments.

LOVED the creme brulee dessert. It's vanilla creme brulee 4 different ways and delicious.

I had the pork for my entrée. It was very good, but I'd want to get something different next time.

Tip: They have a fixed price menu. It looks like a good deal, but the portions are smaller than if you order off the regular menu. It's really more of a "tasting" menu.

this lamb was seriously amazing. Cooked perfectly medium rare (as I requested) and sliced table-side. It was served with a ratatouille and "eggplant caviar" on puff pastry. YUM!!

I adore creme brulee, and this was a great version. Love Bistro
