What school districts are the best in Florida?

Dh and I are really considering moving to FL and i was wandering what the best school districts were around the Orlando area? We decided if we moved we would live anywhere upto 1 1/2 hrs. away from Orlando? Are the schools over populated there also? As in the child to teacher ratio?
