What Saturdays will you miss TDS pins. Lets' help each other out.

I noticed a thread where someone was asking if a DISer could pick up pins for weekend she will be traveling.

Maybe we can start a little chain her to make sure we all walk away with our pins. Just a thought.

What weeks will you miss?
What weeks can you pick up for someone else?

I know I will miss Dec 1. I can pick any other week if someone can do for me.

Unless something unforeseen happens, I will be at opening each Saturday.
The only downside is I am already buying two sets (me and for an already designated trade).
I am willing to help out fellow Dis-ers as much as I can.
I have been helped in the past. And I know I will be helped in the future too.

I will be here in Tyler everyweekend except week 2 and 4. I have a golf tourney this weekend so I had to ask someone to pick them up for me.... If anyone needs any help just let me know...

I am going to be in WDW on the week end of the 27-28th of October.

I went to my DS today. I was only given a 10 % discount last Saturday and I wanted my 20%. I asked how long the pins lasted last Saturday and they said less than an hour. I was there at 10:00 ( no line , just two people sitting outside the store on benches). Unfortunately someone was on the phone asking for tons of pins and the CM stood in front of the pins pulling them.
Not complaing mind you, I am thrilled like "positive Polly" to have pins in my store!
Well, the CM's were telling me today that I better get there early this Saturday because there were some people that came in the afternoon last Saturday miffed that there weren't any pins left.
Sooooo, what I am trying to say is....Let's see how I do this Saturday and if I don't have to get up tooooo early ( I am NOT a morning person!) I will gladly pick up pins for others the following weeks.
My gut feeling is that this "frenzy" will die down and it will be easy to get the weekly pins eventually.

I really thought that there were only 3 pin collectors in Lexington, Ky. Epcotlover/Peoplemover and her dad and ME!
Where DID these pin collectors come from ?

I need help with week #4 Oct. 13th I will be at DL and not able to get to a DS. I can help out with any other week. My DS does not get a lot of traffic for pins as we are in the middle of east Texas with only a few collectors.


I am covering Perny both of her weeks so that is not a prob. If anyone else needs a week covered I will be happy to do it for you. And for those that don't live near a DS and need help with the whole collection just let me know...

Seriously I am gonna try to update on the first post - well I will try daily but more realistically every 2 days.

I will say this it is nice to see good spirits and positive posts about TDS I really think they just had no idea what havoc they created with this series.

With all the people needing shoppers and the new limits on pins I think we are going to have some problems with the really "BIG" pins.

I had volunteered to shop for three people on Dec 1st but that is the week of Walts Bday pin, if they limit me to five I will never be able to get enough of the pin for all the people I am shopping for.

I told Robin /Perndwler I would shop for her first so I think I will have to ask someone else to pick up my other two people....can someone please help JamesD and jrmas for me.....I am so sorry but I see no other way around this problem. As it is we will be lucky to get enough for Robin and I.......
