What rooms do we need to visit for the 3 quests?

I realize that sounds like an odd question, but I'm in a bit of a pickle. I have dial-up connection, and it's going really slow the last few days. Right before BSOD, it took 10 minutes to load 1 room. I don't want to get in a quest and then have that happen and boot me back to an earlier question; I think I'll be lucky to just get 2 in at this rate. So, I want/need to visit all of the rooms beforehand. But I don't want spoilers because I want to figure it out on my own. So, if anyone has done all 3 and knows the rooms needed, could you make one massive room list for myself and others with the same problem? Thank you!
