We have stayed at the Poly (deluxe garden view) and AKL (concierge). The 5 of us were very comfortable. Can anyone tell me which rooms at the GF will hold 5. I am just trying to budget our next trip and would like to know what room rate to use. Is the deluxe concierge the only room that holds 5?

Thanks

...a dormer room at Conch...and regular rooms at Sago. Each time there were accomodations for five -- two Queen beds and a day bed.

We stayed in a regular room in Bocha Chica and it fit 5 people nicely. There were 2 queen beds and the day bed.

Do ALL Deluxe resorts offer a day bed?

We have stayed at CR and BC & there was a day bed in those, but I didn't think that Poly or GF had day beds.

How great that would be because we have 5 in our family & would love to be able to stay at those resorts one day (w/ a code of course!!)

We've stayed at the GF, the BC and the BWI ... all had daybeds in the rooms.

The majority of rooms at the Deluxe resorts DO have daybeds. The exception is the Wilderness Lodge and Animal Kingdom Lodge where standard rooms do NOT have them. If you have a party of five, Disney will automatically assign you to a room with a daybed (or book you into "Deluxe" categories at the WL or AKL). I have stayed in a dormer room in Big Pine Key at the GF that only had two queens, no daybed.

Happy Planning! :)

The Port Orleans Riverside has accomadations for 5. It includes a pull-out bed underneath one of the Queen beds. Unless you want to stay in a 2 bedroom at a DVC resort its probably the most comfortable.
