What Room Should I Request At BCV?

We are going to be at BCV from 9/6 - 9/13 in a 2 BR. When I originally booked the reservation I requested an Epcot view, but it seems to me from prior posts that may not be the best choice. For those who have stayed at BCV, what would you request as far as room location and view?

I think it all depends on the ages of your children if any. I spoke to someone who had the Epcot view and they said that if you are on the fourth or fifth floor, you can see the fireworks. If you want a nice pool, lagoon view, try around Room 268 or on the floors above. I'm not sure if this is a two-bedroom, but I was looking at where a nice view would be. I'm not sure if this is a non-smoking or a smoking room either.

We stayed in room 207 which was a non-smoking two bedroom dedicated . We looked over the courtyard at the Beach Club. The valet-parking was to our right, but had to strain to see it. We were directly behind Ariel's statue. It was very quiet and was fairly close to elevator which was nice since our kids are very young. It is a shorter walk to SAB and once you get off the elevator, the Drawing room was right there.

Hope this helps,

We stayed in Room 260 just past the Dunes Cove Pool and near the second elevator bank with a huge balcony off our Studio. I would recommend requesting a room closer to the Breezeway elevators facing the pool (Room numbers in the 20's to 40's).

We stayed in Room 560 a couple of weeks ago. We had a beautiful view of the quite pool and BC entrance. We also had the biggest balcony I've ever seen. Could have fit 20 people out there!

Room 560 was a studio, but we had a connecting door to a one-bedroom next door. It was to our left, so probably Room 558 is a one bedroom and 560 is used as the second bedroom.

I would ask for this room again when we stay there next time. It was one of the nicest views available. There's not really much to look at at the BCV so the pool was a great view.

We did look at the Epcot view across the hall when housekeeping was in there, there is a road and a LOT of trees between the BCV and Epcot, I guess you could see the high fireworks from Illuminations, but you definitely cannot see much else and for just sitting out on the balcony its a pretty lousy view.
