What room should I request if I don;t want to walk far to main pool and front desk? I have std view room.

2032, has day bed and is just above the lobby. Remember, honored room number requests are slim and none.

I think you would be better off requesting that you are near the pool and lobby. A request is considered by Disney but not gauranteed. So you would be better off requesting an area rather than specific room. This will make it easier for them to accomodate your wishes.
