My Dad: "Zip a Dee Doo Dah" he is such a non Disney curmudgeon that this just tickles me.

Silent (vibrate), don't like all the racket and intrusions.

You're able to feel your phone ring well enough only on vibrate? I take it you wear it on your belt, etc.

We put our phones on vibrate when we are in a place that the ringer would be an issue (restaurant, etc), but in general we would miss calls if we didn't have the ringer and vibrate both turned on. But we're normally at events such as youth baseball games that tend to be noisy. Or I'll be at home with one of my kids out (we have a family plan and keep in touch that way) and I don't wear mine at home, so need the ringer on so I'll hear it.

My DH dropped his old phone one too many times and it stopped ringing (only vibrated), so he had to get a new phone since he was missing calls.

Which phone do you have? I have a new phone, also Verizon, and I haven't been able to download Disney ringtones. My old phone (also Verizon) had Disney ringtones, though. My new phone is the red Samsung phone.
