what rides/shows have fastpass?

in both IOA & Univ?
and whats the best way to use these?
we are staying on Disney property (which I know isnt best for Univ/IOA)

Every show and attraction has express pass except for Shrek. The shows that are done on the street with no seating like Ghostbusters and Blues Brothers don't have express passes though.

Pteranadon Flyers does not have Express, either.

I forgot about PF. It also requires a small child to ride. I know newholiday has an older son who is around 12 years old. You won't be able to ride that ride at all.

Unless they get to PF when it first opens and has no line. Then they have a chance.
