I'm 4 weeks pregnant and going to Disney World this next week. What rides should I avoid or should I even bother avoiding any of them seeing how I'm not that far along?

Warning signs will be posted at the applicable attractions. Most of them you can probably predict--any roller coasters, TOT, Star Tours, Kilimanjaro Safari, etc.

I'm not a doctor, although I am a father of two. You should DEFINITELY heed the warnings and restrictions. If memory serves, this early part of your pregnancy leaves you (or more specifically, your child) more succeptable to complications arising in the pregnancy. The last thing you want to do is risk your health, and the health of your unborn child, in exchange for a few thrills at Disney. Wait until the next trip for that.

i went when i was 8wks pregnant.

i avoided all the obvious stuff, coasters, splash mountain, motion rides (star tours, body wars, etc.) , TOT and anything that spun.

i did do the safari in AK, and kali river rapids. i personally felt they were fine.

there are still plenty of things for you to do!

make sure you stay hydrated! this is the #1 piece of advice i can give, drink drink drink water. dehydation is extremely bad for pregnant women!

I asked this question about a week ago since we're going in October and I'll be almost 20 weeks then. Someone replied with a link to a website that lists restricted rides, but of course I can't find the page I printed out or the link. Hopefully someone else knows what I'm talking about and can post it.

I'll be 12 weeks pregnant for our trip (leaving Tues. -- Yay!). My doctor told me I should be fine for any rides my two year-old can go on.

From everything I've heard, you'll definitely want to avoid Mission: Space in addition to the other wilder rides.

Enjoy your trip!
