Just what it says...we've never been before and would like an idea of what rides not to go on with my 4 1/2 year old daughter. Her favorite ride at Disney is the Tower of Terror, with Splash Mountain coming in second. She was terrified of Dinosaur, but loved Goofy's Barnstormer. Any suggestions?

I guess it depends on what scared her on Dinosaur...Was it the dark loud noises or was it the dinosaurs? Jurassic park might scare her but its not an overly scary ride it just depends on what she is afraid of. Universal has quite a bit dark and somewhat loud rides. There is a woody woodpecker ride that is like barnstormer so she will probably enjoy that. Has she seen 3D before? First thing I did with my nephew when he was that age was Shrek and it scared him and he cryed for his mommy.

You can check youtube for videos if you like to make your own judgement call. Personally I made my nephew do almost everything except the water ride that is like Splash Mountain that he refused to ride, he also closed his eyes on T2. I wouldnt hold anything back if she wants to ride it, you can talk to her about it being like riding the movies and nothing can harm her. Something my nephew cant get in his head. Yet it has been my experience little girls are smarter then boys and handle fear much better. My niece loves the thrill rides and she is 2 years younger then him.

She would probably like everything except the coasters. If she liked ToT and Splash, she should be fine on Spiderman and Ripsaw Falls. I wouldn't worry too much.

I'm 21 and was the most scared i had ever been in my life when i went on Jurassic Park. I hate dinosaurs as they look quite real in the parks and after JP i was pale as a sheet.

Never Again

LoL good stuff. Thanks for that laugh. They do a great job with those dinosaurs... Especially the finale that dino looks sooooooo real.

I thought i was going to die when i saw that last T-Rex. I screamed so much and there were kids about 10 years younger having a good old laugh.

Don't bother me lol
