There will be 4 adults going and we are looking for a nice resturant to have dinner at our first night. What resturant would you consider?

thank you for your quick response, I will check these out!

You're welcome! I cannot recommend Narcoossee's as I haven't dined there yet. I'll be going there Sunday but wanted to mention it to you as I've heard great things about it!:goodvibes

I would say Narcosses, Yachtsman Steak House, Chefs De France, or Le Cellier.

I would suggest Ohana's - I just love the theme and the whole experience.

We did Ohana's the first night of our first trip. We loved it! We were lucky and got a window table just as it was starting to get dark. We got to watch the castle start changing colors, the light show on the lake, and then fireworks. For me it was the perfect introduction to the "World."

I would suggest O'hana or LeCellier, but I noticed that you aren't going for about 3 more years, so I hope they are still there! lol! Also, they will probably opened up some other fabulous restaurant by then. Here's hoping anyways.

The best are those not on the dining plan. My top 3 are:

1. V&A
2. Bistro de Paris
3. bluezoo

If you are on the dining plan, then my favs, in order are:

1. Jiko
2. Flying Fish
3. Citricos

Shula's or Narcoossees :thumbsup2

Another vote for Ohana's, especially if you're not on the Dining Plan and don't want to spend a fortune.

It's a fixed price, so if you're paying OPP, you can figure out ahead of time what the cost will be for the food. (Drinks and tips will be additional, obviously.)

The atmosphere and view of the Magic Kingdom make it a visual delight. You can ride the Monorail (one of my favorite things about WDW :cloudnine: ) to/from the restaurant. The meal is not one you can hurry easily. No kidding, I would plan on being there no less than two hours, so it's also a good choice if you aren't planning to enter a park that day.

I'm going to have to put another vote in for Ohana. It has become a must do for my dh and I since 1999 when we discovered it on our honeymoon. We loved it so much, we ate there twice that time and have done it once each time we've been, since then.

We just did it again fairly recently (back in September) and once again, it did not disappoint!

Ohana is full of screaming kids and impossibly loud. Coconut races, limbo contests, children's march around the restaurant, etc etc.
I'd go with California Grill. Great view, fine food. A perfect way for 4 adults to begin a Disney Vacation. In fact, it's how we always begin ours!!

We may be going sooner then 3 years, I can't wait that long!

I just looked at the menu, that looks awesome

Blue Zoo is not on the DDP if that makes a difference. None of the Swan Dolphin hotels are on it or will allow you to charge back to your Disney hotel room. I recommend Yachtsman Steakhouse, wonderful steaks and a nice relaxing atmosphere. Even though we have kids (ours ARE well behaved), they prefer that restaurant, along with 'Ohana (for the food, not the silliness)
