What restaurants would you recommend for dinner?

We will have 3 evenings at the parks and since this is our 1st trip, I dont know much about the restaurants. We have the dining plan and I would like you rrecommendations as to where we can get the 3 best dinner experiences. There are 2 adults and a 10 yr old boy.
Can you also tell me where the restaurant is located so I can try to schedule it while we are in the right park.

In MGM,

1. Sci-Fi Drive In: Great food, lots of fun. You sit in car booths and watch old sci-fi movies on the big screen.

2. Mama Melroses: If you like Italian, this is a great place. Excellent pizza!

In Animal Kingdom,

Rainforest Cafe: A great dining experience and good food.

In Epcot,

Cafe Akershus: Located in Norway - served family style, very interesting selection of food

In Magic Kingdom,

Cinderella's Royal Table: A magical dining experience inside Cinderella's castle
