What restaurants would you like to see added to Disney?

Simply bring back the best restaurant that ever was in WDW--Papeete Bay Verandah at the Poly. Excellent "Pacifc Rim"/ Polynesian cusine, a three-piece combo and a hula dancer entertaing thru-out the evening.
Our first ever dinner at WDW was there--I had "Pigs n' prawns" which was sliced pork tenderloin combined with jumbo shrimp, each "sauced" differently.. Appetizer was a scallop dish served in a lime/coconut sauce. All accompanied by Seven Seas Cocktails. YUM!!!
I remember it well, 30+ years after the fact...

Yes, we need a Tim Horton's near the Canada pavilion! They could even sell some items from Le Cellier along with the coffee...

I think an Indian table service place in AK in Asia would just be perfect, too.

I'd also love to see an organic vegetarian/vegan restaurant - ideally one in each park.

Another thing I'd like to see is more variety in the children's meals. I am very pleased that they are now offering at least carrot sticks and applesauce, but there are lots of ways to make kid-appealing but healthier meals (not those endless chicken strips).

In Disneyland Paris they have a really nice restaurant located inside the Pirates of the Caribean ride. The restaurant is theamed along with the ride and when you are eating you see the boats going past with the guests in as they float along through the ride. I love the place. It is quite dark with candles and lanterns around and the food is nice too. That would be a great addition to the MK.

I would also love to see a nice Indian or Thai restaurant.

I also like the idea of an adult's only restaurant. It would require for patrons to be 11 & up. It would upscale and along the lines of Artist Point, California Grill, etc. I know Disney is a place for kids but it would be nice to have at least one quiet, formal, "adults" only restaurant.
I also agree with others that there needs to be a non-girly/princess character meal. Even girls (especially some teenage girls I know) would enjoy a meal with Heros.
