We will try to go to Coral Reef, Canadian Steak House (sorry not sure of the name) , and Jungle Cantina (again not sure of the name). Also Star Wars Dessert Party. Do these require 180 day reservations? Is payment due for the Dessert Party at the time reservation is made? Thanks

You'll definitely need reservations at 180 days for Le Cellier, depending on what time of year you go. Dessert parties don't usually open up at 180 days, you'll have to just keep checking until your date is open. You do need to pay at the time of your reservation.

Depends on a) when you are going, b) how many people are in your group, and c) how flexible you are with days/times. If at all possible I would try to make all the ADRs at 180. You can always cancel/change later.

I agree with this. If you know you want to go to these restaurants, make the reservations at 180 days (especially Le Cellier). You have up until the day before the reservation to cancel without penalty or to get your money back for the dessert party so you always have to time to modify (if there is availability) or cancel. Could you get the reservations within 180 days? Maybe, but there are zero guarantees.

Just our opinion.... if you have a 180 window? Use it for EVERYTHING. Even breakfast :). At least, WE do....
