What restaurants in Downtown Disney take the Q & C voucher???

Can someone list the restaurants that take these vouchers at DTD. If you have eaten there can you give a small review. If you remember can you tell me what you got with the voucher.

None in DTD. QCs are taken at the parks (including both water parks), resorts, and 1 of the golf clubs.
