If you'll be at Epcot, you may want to try Tokyo Dining in Japan. We ate there tonight and it was great! Since today was the last day of F&W, the park was pretty crowded, but we waited only 3 minutes to be seated at 5pm without reservations (just two of us.) They also have Teppan Edo in the same building, but separated. It is less intimate, as you are seated with other people at a large table (unless you are a party of 8.) There were more kids there and far more activity than on the Tokyo Dining side. (Before anyone rips my head off and thinks I hate kids - we have four, but sometimes we want to have a quieter moment, even in WDW!)
They have many varieties of sushi, but DH and I prefer our salmon and scallops cooked. The prices, comparatively, are reasonable. The food was truly excellent and the service was beyond flawless. We will absolutely return there.
Thanks for the suggestion. DH loves sushi. Since we are doing V&A, we may not do a TS on our Epcot day. There are many good food stands in the World Showcase that I'm sure we could just snack our way around.. but I might make an ADR just in case....
I am quoting because these are my top two adult picks also.
Narcoosee's is very nice and the food is good, but it doesn't have a very adult atmosphere. Mine were not the only kids there that night and it was a little noisy (we were sitting by the windows with a wonderful MK view)
