What restaurants don't accept ADR'S?

What restaurants besides Beaches and Cream do not accept ADR's? Including the resorts, parks and DTD.

Captain Jack's in DTD.

Captain Jacks', Big River Grill, and sometimes depending on the time and what they have scheduled Planet Hollywood and House of Blues at DTD.

Rainforest Cafe has a few slots for ADR's but in general they don't accept them either. We have had a few CM's tell us they can't book spots and we would have to call the restaurant direcly.

Kimono's at Swan doesn't either
