What restaurant do you most look forward to?

I would have to say ohannas is my favorite. The food is great and the atmosphere is good too. I also like the Cape May Clambake at the Beach Club resort.

I just love the Crystal Palace for lunch or dinner and that is why I always make an ADR there for every trip. I love the characters, the decor and all the different salads/veggies on the buffet. I have never gotten to try breakfast there yet because my DH is not a morning person but maybe on some trip my DD and I will go by ourselves because it also sounds yummy.

My new favorite: Tambu Lounge at the Polynesian! They have the most amazing lettuce wraps! Great grilled chicken, veggies like cucumber and carrots, tender bibb lettuce, a great sauce - wonderful. It's a hearty meal for one person, or a snack for two. And for about $8, a great value! Plus, it's healthier than many of the things I usually eat on vacation. It's my new favorite!

Looking forward this next trip to Spoodles and Artist Point. Our family always enjoys going to Ohanas, that is a must every trip.

we always do 'Ohana on our arrival day, so I look forward to the tradition!:goodvibes

But, Spoodles is my new favorite and can't wait to take DH there... went with DisSis last year!:rolleyes1

We'd have to pick V&A also, but....the Yatchsman Steakhouse is biting at the heals of V&A because of the extra touches Chefs Gregg and Al, Mark Hoevenaars and the rest of the Team at the Steakhouse do for us each time we're in.

Trust me....BOTH places are MUST stops while we're in the world

Yachtsman is on our list of ADRs this coming year. I'm very excited to try it!

What restaurant do you most look forward to going to and why?

For me it is Liberty Tree at dinner! This restaurant is a favorite for all our group, 8 adults and 9 kids. I don't think it necessarily has the best food, even though it is good. Mostly it is because of the memories. It just seems like Disney. The character interaction and the atmosphere is great! I look forward to hearing everyones responses. popcorn::

For me it's Grand Floridian's 1900 Park Fare. I love pulling up to the hotel and seeing the grandeur of the whole place, then walking into the lobby! Wow! I love the lobby of this resort, it's my kind of place! I love the ceiling with the rotunda window, and the way the CM's make you feel like your important even if your not staying there, but treat you as though you are. And all of that is just the resort, then you walk up to the check in for 1900 Park Fare and you get excited because you see Mary Poppins! I know that the resturant isn't overly exciting inside but I just love the relaxed atmosphere here when we've eaten, and the food has always suprised me, infact one of the biggest suprises of our trip! We've booked our ADR's for the last couple of hours of the morning and evening, and there is just a seriously layed back attitude, it felt like we were home. I know that sounds nuts, but it just felt relaxing and wonderful. This was our first place to eat upon being at the World and it will be from now on.

With the exception of Coral Reef, we are going with TSs that we've never experienced before. So I am looking forward to some restaurants for different reasons:

Boma. I am REALLY looking forward to Boma for the taste of the food!

Whispering Canyon Cafe. I am looking forward to the fun!

Tutto Italia. I am looking forward to the ambience.

Yak and Yeti. I am looking forward to it to see if it would be good or terrible.

(By the way, if you were me would you eat at Yak and Yeti or Tusker House? I am already eating at Boma.)

Tusker House, for sure! If you want a counter service place to eat that's good the Flame Tree B.B.Q, you can't go wrong there.

I'm getting pretty predictable in my "run-of-the-mill" choices!

While I would love to go to V&A every trip, it's not usually feasible (unless I get the courage to tackle this place solo. I will eat everywhere else solo, but this fazes me.)

So my usual choices include:

California Grill
Jiko
Boma
Artist Point
Kona Cafe

Mix and match everything else. I try to get to one "new to me" restaurant each trip, as well.

We are looking forward to our favorites - Biergarten and Ohana. We are also trying new places this time around - all dinner ADR's: Whispering Canyon, Chef Mickey's, 1900 Park Fare, and Crystal Palace before the PPP. We also did the storybook princess breakfast last year and will do that again as the girls love to see the princesses even just for a few minutes.

We fly out in 12 hours so too excited to sleep right now, just like the commercial!!!

For us it's V&A or Bistro. We try to do one of these on our last night each trip. If it's a really good trip, we do them both. :rotfl:
