What Resorts Are Not Included for Free Dinning?

Which resorts and rooms are Not included in Free Dinning? Also if you already have a reservation can it be added to it (if during the dates for free dinning and resort,etc) like you could do before or do you have to make a new reservation?

You can modify your existing reservation, but only if there is free dining availability for that room. So if you cannot make a new free dining reservation for that room, you can't modify the existing.

What about if you need to drop one day so you will arrive on the first day of FD?

Still a new reservation. Disney do not allow dropping a day any more. It always has to rebook for the new dates.
