You use U.S. stamps. You always use the stamps of the country you are mailing FROM. You can go to the usps.com website to calculate the postage amount, if you know the weight of the letter.
You can use regular stamps, but you'll need more than one. I can't remember the going rate, but usps.com has a Postage Calculator and you can select "international" and your destination, choose letter-sized, etc and figure it out.
Thanks. I would prefer not to have to go to the P.O. as they seem to keep short hours around here. I have stamps, so I will just put on $2 worth to be sure its enough.
I did payment for the condo through Paypal, but this is the security deposit. They don't cash the check unless there is a problem. Otherwise they send it back to me in the mail after I check out.
I would make sure to send anything financial, like a security deposit, in a manner that can be tracked and not just regular mail. Even though they aren't supposed to cash it I would still like the paper trail even if the postage is higher.
If you are comfortable with that fine but I sure wouldn't be.
