Is it the pirate cannon room or the pirate prison room? I thought it was the prison one that was coming out with the pins, or maybe both do?

The original Pirate Prison room comes with the pins. The Fortress room is still awarded for completing the POTC Treasure Hunt quest. They finally got new Well cards at DLR and the quest now expires September 30, 2007.

I was confused because I didn't know the pirate prison room was named Pirate Cannon. I just figured out my mistake when someone gifted me the prison room tonight. Now all I need is the haunted room and my set is complete.
