What pet names do you call your pets?

I realized I call my cat and dogs all sorts of weird names.

Harley becomes Harley Barley, Harleykins, Harlequin, Q or HQ, Mr. Woo, Baby Snuggles, Bitsy Kitten and Mr. Fluff.

Stella is Stella Bella, Bella Bina, Stelly and Little Girl

Jack is Jackie and Jackson.

Ok fess up! I'm not the only weird one!

Thumper becomes "Hippity Hop" or "Thumpidy-wumps" (I have no clue where I got that one from!! ) Sabrina becomes "Brina" or "Brina-brin". Gee....haven't thought of pet names for the goldfish, Herhey and Nemo. Do you think they feel neglected??!!

On a funny note, the cat's nicname is Brina...I have a DD named Jeana. How many times do you think I get those names mixed up!!

We call Butch(mixed breed dog) "The Welcome Wagon" since he runs up to greet anyone that drives up

DH and I wonder if Duncan has a name complex. We call him lots of things, one of which I can't say here. lol But he's Dunc, punkin, Dunkin Donuts, Dunc the punk, puppy, Bubba, Baby, Woof-woof, Sugar Butt, Wiggle Butt, Pooper, Pooper-head, etc...

I rescued a dog whose name was Boy. Creative, huh? I felt bad and didn't want to change his name, so I lengthened it to Boyse Huffington III. He huffed a lot.

I call Annie my Standard poodle, "Miss Dog" or Annabelle.
I call Chelsea, the toy poodle, noodle poodle, or Chelabelle.

Two Cats:

Simba, who we call "the man" because he's 'one cool dude'. He actually knows we're talking to him when we say "hey, man!".

Nala, who is called "pretty girl".


One Shih-tzu puppy who is named Belle, & we call her "Belly Button" 'cause she's as cute as a button!

I have too cats called Cheeky and Figaro. Cheeky gets called Cheeky boy, Cheeky boo, Mr Boo, Boo Boo or just Boo. Figaro gets Fifi, Fi or Mr Kitten.
My Rabbits are called Holly (who only gets called Holly), Mistletoe who gets called Misty (OK they were Christmas gifts one year from my DH) and then we are given Saphire by a friend so she gets called Saphie. I guess the bunnies do better on the name front!

Cookie(dog) becomes Bunny(no idea why) and Stinky(I know why )

Coco(dog) becomes Cocoa Bean, Beanie, Beanster, and Chubby Huggs

Pumpkin(cat) becomes Pumpkin Shmumpkin Sugar Lumpkin, and El Gato Diablo(when she attacks my feet from under the bed )

Our dog Boo, who we had to put to sleep almost four years ago
was Boo Bear

Our other dog Baxter has no nickname!

Cute thread idea!

We have 2 cats and call both of them all kinds of things!
Pugsley is 10 1/2 and he's chocolate brown/sable colored. He also responds if we call him "kitty" or "boy" - well he won't come if you call him but he will give you a dirty look Other nicknames are Mr Pugglesworth, Pugs, The Little Prince, Chookie Loo, Fang, Sink Boy (don't ask...), dumpster cat, Stuckey and kitten

Daisy Jane is our 2 year old 17lb "tuxie" cat and has been given almost as many nicknames as her 10 year old brother! She will come if call her Deedle - we probably call her Deedle more than Daisy. Other names for her are Deeds, The Deeds, Mam, Mims, Mrs. Smith, Pooperella, Pooping Beauty, Diesel, Fatsy Cline, Princess, Little Girl, Baby Girl and the ever-popular "your daughter" (which is what DH will call her when she's acting naughty or goofy).

I can't imagine life without my kitties!

Two labs...

The black one, Oakley, is called Oakey, Smokey, HEAD BUTTER (self explanatory!) and Jake (DH wanted to name them after the Blues Brothers).

The brown one, Elwood, is called Smelly and Smellwood.

Both of them (who each weigh about 100 lbs.) come running when we yell PUPPIES!!!!!! LOL!

My dearly departed blond cocker spaniel Sundance (named after Robert Redford 25 years ago when RR was still cute) - I called him Sunnerbunny.

My current cocker Cody - call him Pumpkin, don't know why.

Let's see, Bailey the dog gets called more different things than any of our other pets. He's Bailey Boo, Puppy, Poopie Doopie, Doopie, the Furry Boy, The Boy , Poopie Bear, Bailey Buns. There's probably more, but I'm drawing a blank.
The cat is Oreo, but most of the time we just call her Kitty.
The guinea pig is Mickey and we call him Mickster.
One hamster is Dusty. We call her Musty Dusty.
The other hamster is Marty. We call her Smarty Marty.
And I thought we were the only ones who did this with our pets

Our cat's name is Sassy and I call her Sassy Girl, Sassafrass, Sass a doddle. Our dog's name is Max and my DH calls him sometimes Maxie Boy.

My cat's name is Sunshine which was immediately shortened to Sunny and along the way became Mr. Bunsen. People tend to forget Bunsen has a real name. My other cat is Sparkle who my mom calls Squirrel. The DF's cat is Kiz-nat (as if that isn't random enough) becomes Nugget. Pet names are too cute.

My dog Desi is Desi Des, Fattie McButterpants, Fattie and DeserMonster.

My cat Max is Fat Cat, mommy's Boy, Catmandu and Cat Man. My cat Adolph is Dolphmeister and Dolphie. Fianlly, my cat Gigi is Geegers, GigiMonster (I guess we're big on that "monster" thing, huh?) and Mommy's Girl.

The official AKC name of our 6 year old American Staffordshire Terrier is "Sargent's G.I. Blues", but we call him Elvis at least sometimes. When he was a puppy he would walk on his hind legs and jump, so my mother-in-law started calling him "Monkey". As Elvis got older we noticed he had a funny bark when he was startled, he would say"buh!", so we started callig him "Buh". Then my mother-in-law thought we were calling him "Bah". Then his name evolved to "Barr", then "Bar-bar-rino". Now that we have a new baby boy named "Presley" we all call the dog "Brer Barr", meaning brother Barr. I guess we're just plane crazy.

My cat , el Duque, was originally named after Orlando Hernandez, who has since been traded from the Yankees . Now we call him Devil Boy, Bad Boy, or B.B. for short ( the cat, not Orlando Hernandez ) because he's so naughty!
